Grilled Green Kebabs

Green Kebabs are somehow similar to Hara Bhara Kebab – a favorite of Indian palate. I simplified the recipe by mixing all the ingredients in one step and by avoiding traditional method of deep frying. Instead, I opted for grilling which is much healthier and less cumbersome. Kebabs are loaded with healthy green vegetables like spinach, peas, coriander etc and flavored with readily available spices. It can be served as an appetizer or as a starter with green chutney. Crispy Mango Fritters

A tasty and interesting snack using seasonal fruit – Mango. First time I tried it at my friend’s place. She is quite innovative with her cooking skills and keep trying something new. Though fried, which I normally avoid but then ease of making these sweet and savory fritters tempted me to share the recipe. It is quite similar to Vegetable Pakoras or Bhajias, an all time favorite Indian snack. Watermelon & Tomato Salad Topped with Caramelized Onion, Cottage Cheese & Walnuts

Combination of ingredients are very unusual in this salad. I just worked with fruits & veggies available with me….and the result was quite satisfactory. My all time ready salad dressing came handy here and made my work easier. Fortunately, salad turned out quite tasty, crunchy and colorful. Baked Stuffed Potatoes

This recipe is a very interesting twist to make baked & stuffed potato. It is very easy to make and simple to assemble in least of the time.
